Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as “NO-SHOW” passenger and will be denied boarding and not entitled for any refund of the ticket amount.

Bus Operators reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne which may not be deemed safe for travel by the Bus Operators.

While boarding the bus the Passengers need to show valid e-Ticket and a photo identity with  Date of Birth mentioned on the card issued by one of the government authority (like Driving Licence, Passport, Ration Card, PAN Card / Voters Card etc.), otherwise they will be denied boarding.

Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods etc and any other articles that are prohibited under law.

ApnaBus.in channel Bus Operators/Travel Partners does not allow any pets on board on their bus services.

ApnaBus.in shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the company.

The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only scheduled timings. Buses may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like breakdown,traffic jams etc., However the bus will not leave the Source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.

The bus operator reserves the right to change the customer‘s seat number.

Cancellation of tickets purchased through Web should be done through Web only.

All cancellation refunds will be processed and transferred back to the passenger's Credit/Debit/ITZ Card as per the Terms and Conditions.
